Sullivan County Public Health Services will host three Health & Wellness Days this month to provide flu shots and distribute free information about community resources.
The first event is from 3:30 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Caring Hands Food Pantry at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 15 St. John St. in Monticello.
Information is available on topics including car seats, nutrition, smoking cessation, early child development, emergency preparation, mental health, and substance abuse prevention.
Another Health & Wellness day is scheduled from 3 to 6 p.m. on Oct. 15 at the Soul Food Cafe, located at Liberty United Methodist Church, 170 North Main St.
The third event takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 25 at the Shepherd’s Pantry at White Lake Reformed Presbyterian Church, located on Route 17B/Mattison Road in White Lake.
