Anne Harris of Bayside shows chanterelle mushrooms to attendees at a Food for People cooking class at the Jefferson Community Center in Eureka on Thursday. The free Nutrition Ed class featured roasted butternut squash and leek soup, along with chanterelle mushroom pasta which made for a feast with the class attendees.
