GRAFTON, W.Va. – Taylor County Middle School hosted a career day for students to help promote the future choices that could be made in different job fields.
During career day, each group had the opportunity to meet with employees from WVU Extension service, Toothman Ford, the F.B.I, Mon Power and many others.
School counselor Jerry Dooley said that he hopes the career fair helps boost self confidence of all students.
"We in West Virginia are trying to educate about careers at an earlier age,so today was geared to have people of all career spectrum to come in and share what they do, how to prepare for what they do and just the potential these students can do with their lives if they choose to," said Dooley.
Even our own Ronnell Hunt took part in the career fair, as children asked questions and shared their experience with him.
